The plant sale was such a great team effort, just a “thank you” doesn’t seem enough. We had plenty of volunteers working hard Tuesday through Friday. It was great to see a lot of new faces; we hope to see you again at future events.

We received a lot of compliments from folks picking up their plants - they were impressed with our organization and helpfulness.  You should all feel good about what we you did.  Here is just one sample: 

I just had to leave you and your team huge kudos for such a flawless pick up this morning! You guys were so organized and welcoming! I am thrilled with the size and health of my swamp milkweed!! Plus I brought beautiful monarch caterpillars home as a bonus!! Good thing is that there’s plenty of time for this milkweed to resort for the fall surge!! So thrilled to do my tiny part to keep this species safe and thriving!! Please accept my thanks for a great pick up and beautiful plants!!! 

Special thanks to Plant Sale Chair Jean Klein, who has led the charge for several months, planning and organizing all of this magic.
