🏡 Habitat for Humanity

The Brunswick County Extension Master Gardener℠ Volunteers are proud to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Brunswick County to welcome new homeowners with more than just a house—we help create landscapes that are beautiful, sustainable, and easy to care for.

Our volunteers design and install gardens that feature drought-tolerant, pollinator-friendly plants and require little maintenance. Working alongside Habitat volunteers, we make sure each yard reflects the homeowner’s needs while protecting the environment.

Every family receives hands-on guidance and simple tips for caring for their new plants, so they can enjoy their gardens for years to come. From colorful flowers to hardy shrubs, these landscapes provide more than curb appeal—they bring pride, learning, and a sense of home.
